We
will be having sign ups for all events at the Band Camp Meeting,
Tuesday, Aug. 14th. This list will be updated as volunteers
sign up. Please give a minimum of three days notice if you
cannot attend an event that you volunteered to chaperone. We
need time to find a replacement.
Chaperones need to
arrive 15 minutes
before students
arrival time, which
is found at the top
of each event list.
If arrival time is
9:15, please arrive
by 9:00.
Chaperones will
bring the emergency
kit to each event,
provide water to the
group & collect
uniforms after each
event.
There
is a minimum of 1
chaperone per bus.
Chaperones are
responsible for
checking the number
of students on their
bus and making sure
the same number of
students are on
their bus when
leaving an event.
Chaperones will
escort students to
bathrooms, put a
stop to any
unacceptable
behavior, administer
medications, and
assist students with
any other needs.
