Not familiar with the program? Scrip works like this
… participating
retailers agree to sell gift cards to our organization at a
discount. You buy the cards for full face value. Your student
gets the difference deposited directly into their Scholastic
Account. FYI: Our participating
families typically receive from $20-$30 a month.
Check it out! Many popular
retailers participate, including Shoprite, WAWA,
Walmart, Lowe’s, and
hundreds of other national retailers, hotels, and airlines. To
view the complete list, simply click the link
above!

(Adams Family theme)
Mysterious and spooky; they're altogether kooky...
no, I'm not
talking about the Boosters , but now that I've got your
attention, how 'bout getting an order in for
October Scrips!
Buying gift
cards through Scrip for retailers such as Home Depot and
Lowes for your fall lawn and garden needs will put 4% of
your purchase right back into your student's account!
Halloween is just a few weeks,
I mean weeks away and you know you'll be buying
treats for those trick or treaters! Buying a gift card
to Walmart (2%) and most grocery stores (4%) will be
back in time for you to purchase just what you need.
Need more
incentive? Check out the limited time only "sales" from
GLScrip:
1. Applebee's - 10% contribution -
take a break and eat out!
2. Dave & Buster's - 15% contribution -
a fun and delicious night out!
3. Fashion Bug - 8% contribution -
need some fall fashion?
4. Shell - 2.5% contribution - get
gas!
5. Jiffy Lube - 10% contribution -
is your car ready for winter?
See? October Scrips aren't so spooky after all, but
here's something that is...the Holidays are just
around the corner! So start thinking about your
holiday gift giving through the RVIMB Scrip Program,
you'll be glad you did because it adds up to $$ in your
student's account.
Visit
www.glscrip.com
for a current retailer list and get me your October
Scrip order no later than Sunday, October 11th.
Orders can be dropped off at my house or work, or see me
at Saturday's competition!
